How we handle your data

Epsila Ltd is the data controller. We use these details to pay you for this campaign. If you are the creator, we also keep your legal name and address on your creator record for our future contracts and invoices with you, and your email address if we do not already have one. Our lawful basis is our contract with you, and our legal duty to keep financial records. Your bank details are encrypted, shown only as their last four characters, and shared only with Wise, which makes the payment, never with the brand. We keep invoices and payment records for at least six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
