How we handle your data

Epsila Ltd is the data controller. We collect your name, contact details, payment details and invoice information for one purpose: to pay you for this campaign. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you. Your payment details are encrypted and shared only with our payment provider (Wise) to make the payment, never with the brand. We keep your records for as long as needed to pay you and to meet UK financial record-keeping requirements (up to 6 years), then delete them.
